A book of images and texts published as part of artist Laura Hindmarsh’s exhibition, Bedbugs & Other Intimacies, presented at Hweg in 2022.

This book contains a complete project, in which the intimate spaces of one’s own mind and of the device in one’s hand, explored through watercolours (mediated through Risograph) and short texts, take us from Hastings to Penzance; from private moments, navigating relationships; to national news, global events, and shared experiences.

Laura Hindmarsh has created this book with generosity and honesty, and, as is often the case, the more honest one is the more we all relate.
